For this project, the First Axes team designed a classic men’s majlis that combines luxury and dignity, in a style inspired by high-end European designs, adapted to a Gulf flair that aligns with the character of Saudi majlises.

The focus was on achieving a visual balance between prestige and warmth, using fine materials such as natural wood, velvet upholstery, and ornate gypsum decorations, along with regal colors such as navy, gold, and warm beige.

Key Design Elements:

• Connected seating areas arranged in a circular pattern for greater comfort and seamless visual communication.
• Decorative walls with classic frames and luxurious matte paint.
• A gypsum ceiling with delicate details, with a central chandelier as a focal visual element.
• Smooth marble floors with a soft sheen reflecting the luxurious lighting.
• Heavy double curtains with gold patterns add a regal dimension to the space.

The result:

A space that welcomes guests with the utmost sophistication, giving the homeowner a distinctive presence that reflects their refined taste, while preserving the formal character and cultural identity of the classic Saudi majlis.
